Rentals in Rockingham

The City of Rockingham runs from the beachside suburbs of Rockingham, Shoalwater and Safety Bay, down through Warnbro, Port Kennedy and Secret Harbour, and inland to the newer estates of Baldivis and Karnup.

Most of the rental stock is family homes, and the HMAS Stirling naval base on Garden Island brings defence families through the market. Regular changeovers mean a steady run of ingoing PCRs and final bond inspections, which is exactly the work we take off your desk.

What we look for here

• Beachside homes in Safety Bay, Shoalwater and Waikiki: sand, salt and wind wear on window tracks, flyscreens and outdoor fittings.
• New builds in Baldivis and Karnup: finishes recorded carefully at the ingoing PCR, because builder defects and tenant damage look alike at the end of a lease.
• Bigger blocks with sheds and patios: outbuildings, reticulation and lawn condition all go in the report, not just the house.
