What we look for here

• Executive and furnished homes: full inventories, with make and model noted for appliances and the condition of furniture photographed.
• Pools, spas and outdoor entertaining areas: pool fences and gates, decking, built-in barbecues and outdoor lighting all recorded.
• Older homes in Subiaco, Claremont and Cottesloe: leadlight, timber windows, original floors and existing cracking noted at the start of the lease.
